By downloading or using Kutu Patlat (the "Game") you agree to these terms.

1. License

The Game is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.

2. Kutu Club membership (auto-renewable subscription)

• Levels: Bronze ($0.99/month), Silver ($2.99/month) and Gold ($4.99/month). The App Store shows prices in your local currency; the exact amount is displayed before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The membership renews automatically every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel your membership in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, a paid membership starts unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial ends when you purchase a paid membership.
• Club perks are cosmetic and for fun; they give no competitive advantage on leaderboards.
• In-game coins are never sold for real money, cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable.
• Refunds follow Apple's policies: reportaproblem.apple.com

3. Fair play

You agree not to modify or reverse-engineer the Game, or to manipulate leaderboards with cheats or automation. Such scores may be removed.

4. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Progress lost when a device is erased may not be recoverable; memberships can always be restored.

5. Changes

We may update the Game, membership perks and these terms. The current version is always published on this page.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
